Our client asked us to clear out their unit so that it could be re-let as a store and office for the business market.
The removal of the previous tenants waste and equipment has opened up the unit. Also the removal of timber partitions and shelving has created a large open area making the unit more desirable for a potential tenant.
The exterior walls were repaired with plywood, plasterboard and filler to improve the appearance from damage caused by the previous tenant. The floor has been leveled, screeded and painted with 2 coats of floor paint. The ceiling and walls have been prepared and painted with a spray applied emulsion. The pipe work was then relabeled for gas and water and the glass windows unmasked.
